Contract Description:
This contract covers the Confederated Tribe of the Yakima Nation's (YN)  work to participate in finalizing the NPCC Step process, resulting in a hatchery plan, design, cost estimate and environmental clearance for the Melvin R. Simpson Coho Facility to proceed to construction.  Key deliverables of this contract include: finalize draft HGMP, provide input to EC (permitting, ESA, NEPA), input to/review of final design, input to NPCC Step 2 and the decision to move to Step 3 of SOW/Budget for YN work to track construction progress and prepare to assume O&M of the hatchery facilities.
